As a customer service manger French you, and your team, will be responsible for everything that has to do with the order process and happy customers in the French market. You will manage a team of 10 customer service representatives, who are focussing on order entry, B2B customer support, dealing with complaints and sales support. The customer service representatives are French native, but from you we are asking a professional knowledge of the French and English language.
You will also be the main point of contact for key accounts, analyse and produce weekly and monthly reports and be in close contact with the logistics department about shipments and orders.
The company? You are going to work for an international distributor of fashion items and you will work at the Amsterdam office, where thing are handled for the French and BeNeLux market. The environment is professional but informal and because you have different nationalities working here, you will also feel at home when your not from the Netherlands.
**Day to day**
> Managing and motivating a team of 10 representatives and the key accounts.
> The team is responsible for order entry, handling returns, supporting the sales department and day to day customer contact.
> Reviewing, and possible renewing, sales agreements.
> Weekly and monthly reporting.
> Being in constant contact with the logistics department about orders.
> You will start with a one year contract, with the intention of indefinite.

**What do we ask from you?**
You are going to work in an international environment, with a focus on the French market so a professional knowledge of the English and French market is very important. The position is on Bachelor level and it is important that you have about 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar position.
