As a native French you will be working as a Customer Service Representative for a large fashion company with a number of prestiguous brands. They are an international player with their HQ of Europ in Amsterdam. Your job is to focus on the French clients. You guide them in the order process in a proactive way. For these clients you will be point of contact regarding credits, returns and orders. You will be in contact with these clients by phone and e-mail. Besides these sales tasks you will maintain contact with other departments such as the buyers, warehouse and shipping.

**Asked**You have a bachelor degree and 1 to 2 years experience in Customer Service. You are native French (born and raised in France) and fluent in English.
