Team Lead Customer Service Automotive

As a Team Lead Customer Service you will focus on after sales- and customer service to wholesalers in car parts. You, and your team, are responsible for a flawless supply chain, no customer question will remain unanswered and new products are inserted in the current sales and order process without a single problem.
The position of Team Lead Customer Service is a position with a lot of different responsibilities. Commercial, product life cycle management and managing a team, but you will also be responsible for the analysis of the supply chain and possible delivery problems.
You are going to manage a team of 3, from a office in Amsterdam Zuidoost. Your chair stands in a newly renovated office, in a international and informal environment.

**A summary of your responsibilities**
> A trough the roof service level, a minimum of backorders and up to date data management.
> Daily checks of different procedures like EDI, SBI and SMR.
> You can recognize and act on supply chain problems and suggest solutions.
> You will manage a team of 3, focussed on giving great customer service and improving order processes.
> You will be in constant contact with the after market department to talk about demand planning and supply chain management.

**What are we looking for?**
You have about 3 to 5 years relevant en recent working experience as a teamleader in a automotive company or technical wholesaler, with b2b contact. You are used to managing a team, keeping in contact with customers and analysing supply problems.
The position is on Bachelor level and you will work a lot with Excel and Oracle; a good knowledge is important.
