A young professional seeking a new challenge in commercial, finance, marketing, logistics/supply chain, HR, or IT. This can be a candidate who has just completed mbo+, HBO, or wo-level education. Or someone who already has a couple of years of work experience.

JUSTIN focuses specifically on young professionals. Why? Because that's who we are ourselves. And we believe that it takes a young professional to find the best young professional.

Through recruitment & selection, we recruit the candidate and handle the application process. When you and the candidate are both enthusiastic, we step aside and you'll offer the candidate a contract directly.


With temporary placement and secondment, we recruit and hire the right young professional. We bear the employer risks and you remain flexible. Together with you, we'll discuss how long you want the candidate to work via JUSTIN recruitment and whether you'll want to employ the candidate yourself, or not eventually.

We are constantly updating our network. When you submit an application to us, we immediately check this network for suitable candidates. We'll also set up a recruitment campaign through various job boards and social media channels.


But that's not all. At the same time our consultants will be actively recruiting for your vacancy. We approach every candidate we think would be suitable. After all, you never know if they are open to a fresh opportunity at your company, right?
