You are highly motivated to work as a recruiter in Amsterdam or Rotterdam. Work experience is a bonus, but not a requirement. But it is essential that you’re not afraid to approach clients and candidates proactively, keep a good overview, and have no problem balancing a wide range of tasks. Recruitment, planning intakes, and writing proposals; you must deal with all of these and more!
