As an HR Officer Spanish-speaking, you will join a professional, international company and become responsible for HR in a future market: Spain!
What do we offer you?

Within the HR Officer role, we offer significant responsibility and room for freedom. About the job

The Spanish market is about to be conquered and preparations are underway. Therefore, this company, for example, already wants HR to be in place and a flying start can be made. As an HR Officer, you will focus on both the Dutch and future Spanish-speaking employee base.

What exactly does this HR Officer Spanish-speaking position look like?

  • Responsible for On- and offboarding of new employees. Now in the Netherlands and soon in Spain. 
  • You also work on the preparation of payroll. Think of collecting corrections and variables like vacation days and travel allowances.
  • Employee satisfaction: You and your immediate colleagues have constant insight into how employees feel, where to steer and what people are enthusiastic about. You also take care of internal gifts and events. 
  • You collaborate on process improvements, GDPR policies and implementation of new legislations. 
  • In addition, you are the point of contact for employees with HR-related questions.

The organization
You will join this fast-growing international company with locations across Belgium, France and the Netherlands. This organization is making impressive strides and continues to innovate. The head office, located in the Breda region, is home to approximately 60 employees working together in various departments. Within this dynamic environment, as an HR Advisor, you will fulfill a fairly recently introduced role. The employees of this company are highly committed and work together to achieve the company goals. The work atmosphere is good, informal and successes are celebrated together! As an example of this, a food truck was even recently arranged for a nice communal lunch.

Who are you?

You are proactive and can work independently. You know how to spot new things and pick them up immediately. You get things done and make people within the organization enthusiastic about your ideas. In addition to a proactive and decisive attitude, we also ask for:

  • An education in the direction of HR and for example work experience through a first job or relevant internship. 
  • Knowledge of general HR related matters mainly in the field of laws and regulations.
  • You speak and write the English and Spanish language on a professional level and master the Dutch language at least on B2 level.
